General Manager - Adam Hagen

Adam's career in the golf club business has come full circle.  He began as a server at Craigowan in 1996, moving away to Shaugnessy Golf & Country Club in Vancouver, B.C. to become Head Bartender in 1999.

Ready to return closer to home in 2000, Adam took a position at the Rosedale Golf and Country Club in Toronto, Ontario as the Beverage Manager.  During his tenure at Rosedale, he was promoted to Clubhouse Banquet Manager at a Club that specializes in fine dining and has a reputation for exceptional service. With his recent return to Craigowan, Adam brings with him the commitment to excellence expected as a matter of course at these larger prestigious clubs.

Adam Hagen works closely with our Executive Chef Carlos Reyes and will be happy to look after booking and planning your special event at Craigowan.

Golf Course Superintendent - Jerry Richard

A graduate of the University of Guelph, Jerry has over 30 years experience in golf course care and has been the Superintendent at Craigowan since 1989. 

A true believer in lifelong learning, Jerry continues to stay abreast of industry trends and environmental best practices by attending major conferences in Canada, the US and Europe.  A leader in his industry, Jerry has contributed articles to various trade magazines, spoken at seminars and conferences, and is a Class A member of the Canadian, American and Ontario Golf Superintendents Associations. Jerry is a strong proponent of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and serves on the city-sponsored IPM Committee in Woodstock. 

Jerry's long tenure at Craigowan has been a key factor in raising the Club's status to the best in Oxford County.  His goal is to keep pushing Craigowan to greater heights and bring out all the great potential of this grand golf course. To find out what Jerry and his crew have been up to lately, check out the Craigowan blog.
