For all intents and purposes, the course is put to bed for the season and if winter came tomorrow we'd be ready. We are gradually bringing in course accessories for the winter, and finishing final leaf clean up in most places on the course. This season however we still have some big jobs planned including drainage on #11 fairway, which will begin in a week or so, well hook up on #12 to the pond, and cartpath work. As well, as the topsoil is liberated from the cartpath, we will be hauling it to #2 to form the new red tee deck there as well as capping off the green/silver tee. We may attempt another topdressing of the greens to help fill in the vertidrain holes further. Tree removal is still in our sights also. Below is the site for the new red tee deck on #2. With the green/silver tee moving to the right, we are also moving the red tee site from the planned location more to the center, and in the process, keeping the willow tree near the bridge.
