Our banquet rooms are equipped with their own separate bar facilities to accommodate most serving needs either as host or cash bar.

Step 1: Select a room

All function rooms are equipped with free wireless Internet access and we can provide AV equipment such as microphone, display screen, and podium to meet your needs. As our guests, you'll also have access to the outdoor deck to enjoy the fresh country air and beautiful views of our grounds.

Executive Board Room:  Seating for up to 16 at 1 large table, the board room is an ideal location for a small private dinner party. Book the board room now.
Cowan Dining Room: Accommodates up to 50 for casual or fine dining. This airy and modern space is perfect for big celebrations on a smaller scale. Book the Cowan room now.
Van Haeren Banquet Room: Round table seating for up to 175, this bright and spacious room, complete with podium, microphone, wireless Internet and display screen and dance floor provides the perfect solution to accommodating large groups with style and grace. Ideal for Christmas parties, engagement parties, wedding receptions, cocktail receptions or milestone birthday and anniversary celebrations. Book the Van Haeren Banquet room now.
Combined Banquet Room: Round table seating for up to 225, the combined banquet room offers all the amenities of the Van Haeren, but with room for more guests. Book the Combined Banquet room now.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner? Our Executive Chef Carlos Reyes has designed a wide variety of menu options to tempt the taste buds. The hardest part is choosing. Download a copy or our current menu to make your selections. If you don't find what you're looking for, Chef Carlos will be happy to work with you to create a customized menu for your special event and within your budget.

Meet Our Chef

Executive Chef Carlos Reyes, or Chef Carlos as we like to call him, has been serving up mouth watering meals for the members and guests of Craigowan Golf Club since 2008.

Chef Carlos began his career with the highly regarded Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, working there from 1979 through to 1987. During this time, Chef Carlos worked alongside three Michelin Star Chefs. Chef Carlos also built the foundation of his expertise in French Cuisine, studied Fonds de Cuisine and developed his culinary repertoire during this tenure.

Moving on from the Four Seasons, Chef Carlos became the Executive Chef at the Walper Terrace Hotel and is the former owner of Chefs on King in Kitchener, a fine continental restaurant specializing in modern and classical French cuisine.

Chef Carlos is a Red Seal Chef, has certification in Safe Food Handling, WIMIS, Smart Serve, Sommelier Association Certification along with many years of professional service.
