Download a copy or our current menu to make your selections. If you don't find what you're looking for, Chef Carlos will be happy to work with you to create a customized menu for your special event and within your budget. Meet Our ChefExecutive Chef Carlos Reyes, or Chef Carlos as we like to call him, has been serving up mouth watering meals for the members and guests of Craigowan Golf Club since 2008. Chef Carlos began his career with the highly regarded Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, working there from 1979 through to 1987. During this time, Chef Carlos worked alongside three Michelin Star Chefs. Chef Carlos also built the foundation of his expertise in French Cuisine, studied Fonds de Cuisine and developed his culinary repertoire during this tenure. Moving on from the Four Seasons, Chef Carlos became the Executive Chef at the Walper Terrace Hotel and is the former owner of Chefs on King in Kitchener, a fine continental restaurant specializing in modern and classical French cuisine. Chef Carlos is a Red Seal Chef, has certification in Safe Food Handling, WIMIS, Smart Serve, Sommelier Association Certification along with many years of professional service.
